Leave Northern Power Systems. Begin working for DJ's Home Improvements, Inc. Meet Katie at Monday Night Track. The Rise starts officially with the new name. Ski trip with Boston and NY friends. Screen print TMIRCE t-shirts with Matt Burdi.

Katie and I go on our first date to Brick Cafe in Astoria (on the recommendation of Darren & Tracy). We go for our second date to UCB Comedy Theatre - worst show of all time. We then went to a Peruvian restaurant afterward which made up for it :). I went to Kansas to visit Jeremy, he met Johana that weekend. Dave and I throw our housewarming party with the help of Andy Marx and Juan. I visited Charlotte NC to visit Daniel and Justin.

Katie comes to cheer me on in the NYC Half Marathon but she missed me a few times but caught me at the finish line. I visit Darren and Tracy in Richmond. Visited Boston for Mike Weiner's birthday. Impromptu tough mudder like run in Boston with folks from WTM. NERAX beer festival in Boston (cask ales). See Pinback with Mike in Brooklyn. Helped out DJ's in the field. Our first picture together as a couple :)

Run Boston Marathon: 3:03:40. Boston Marathon Bombing. Matt has his appendix out. My first TMIRCE pie-ing (by Katie). Help Melanie with her house in Baldwin.

Jazayeri's wedding in Sedona. Briker's wedding in DC. Trip to Boston to check on Fiske St and fix up a few things. Saw Vampire Weekend with Ian and went to TMIRCE in Boston. Officially ask Katie to be my girlfriend in Brooklyn Bridge Park. Katie meets the family at Heather's graduation.

Travel to Colorado to visit Dave's family on the way to Chicago to visit with Phi Sigs. Rockaway beach for the first time. Juan and Luke visit. Dan Herrmann visits. Katie & I go to the 9/11 memorial for the first time. Fireworks from the rooftop at Kevyn's, foolin around in central park after brunch that Tamara organized.

Jeremy visits NYC. Lots of TMIRCE & The Rise. Ryan & Cheryl Burdi engagement party.

Katie and I take our first long trip together, flying to Erie PA (by way of Buffalo) so that I could run the marathon there. Our first ever AirBnB hosts are cute and make us lunches. Katie is training for the NYC marathon in Nov so she runs a long run while I am running the marathon. I go out way too fast and come in just below 3 hours for the first time. We were super happy. I helped build a trellis at the Reinharth's with Joel for DJs. We go to Harrisburg for a weekend (is this the first visit?). I tried to run the ultrabeast again, but only a week after Erie and had to bow out halfway through. I just wasn't prepared to go hard again a week later. Juan and I camped out the night before in the rain too, that was fun. I went back and followed the leaders and Juan and took pictures for the rest of the race. We had our first AirBnB guests. Katie ran the bronx 10mi and we went to stone barns. I got accepted into the 2014 Boston Marathon.

I travel to SF to visit Chris Ho & John Miyagi.

Triathlon in Connecticut. Plague inc game. HMB. More screen printing at Matt's house. Trail race Trail Mastah Killah in Van Cortland park. The Rise, TMIRCE, Karaoke nights. Katie left WeePlay to work at Parigi (approx). Watching Fred's cat.

I pied CLo and CHo on my birthday. Golf with the family. Katie made me a Lego cake for my birthday. Ran the Chicago Marathon and stayed with Ken Terao and his wife. Went to the Chicago science museum. Dressed as Emmett and Wildstyle from the Lego Movie for Halloween.

Recurse Center. Marj & Al Nielsen 90th birthday party, Katie made the cakes. Katie and I run the 2015 Boston Marathon.

Nauto. MR Arthrogram Hip 5/26. Briker has his kids, Dan Herrmann visits and we all hang. I help drive for Ragnar. We travel to Myrtle Beach and stay at Virginia's condo. Ryan and Cheryl's wedding.

Nauto. I propose to Katie! Mom, Dad, Katie and I take a trip to Bermuda. Katie and I go on a trip to Vermont. I travel back and forth to CA for work. We travel out to NJ to visit Mike and Allie. I visit Ehsan in CA while out there for work. We start looking for apartments and find Cassa for when our lease ends. We dress as Nick and Jess from New Girl for Halloween and throw a party.

We adopt Lily! I spend the first week at home bonding with her. Dad, Matt and Mom help install the murphy bed they built us in the new apartment, it is perfect. Lily sees her first snow fall! We get rug squares for our floor. I go to a Muse concert. We travel to Atlanta to visit Dan Herrrmann and see the sights like the aquarium and the civil war museum.

Travel to PA and Lily meets the other dogs (Mookie and Buddy). We try Plated. Lily comes to work at WeWork a couple times. We cook Indian food for Valentines Day. We go back to Brick Cafe for our first date anniversary.

We get our marriage license! We volunteer to help paint murals the day before our wedding with some of our guests. We have a wonderful celebration on our roofdeck and Dave Johnson marries us. We walk around the block to Tir Na Nog bar for our reception full of dancing and the booze was flowing. The next day we have a reception for our Long Island family at the Stewart Manor country club. The following weekend we travel to PA for a reception at Riverview. We wear sneakers as our theme since we met running. My brother and Katie's brother are our groomsmen and Katie's friends Sudha and Kathryn are her bridesmaids.

I visit a classroom where they are using Flocabulary. Travel to Virginia for Bryan G's wedding. Visit Darren and Tracy and take them and Madison to the science museum in Richmond. Celebrate Lily's first birthday with us. Ice skating at Bryant Park. Christmas at the Topalians.

Archery outing with Flocabulary team. Visit indoor park in the lower east side. Valentines day fancy dinner at home and anniversary at Brick Cafe. Trip to Danna Gautner's cabin in Vermont. Continue to look for houses and pare down our stuff. Houses damaged during Sandy.

Stay in Brooklyn at 299 Putnam Ave 3D Brooklyn NY 11216 until we head to Mexico for the first time for Shaheer's wedding. Stop in Puerto Morelos on the way to Playa del Carmen. We also check out Holbox, Merida, Bacalar, Chichen Itza, Cenotes and stay in a small palapa in the forest in Macario Gomez. We get food poisoning but have a good time and have to stay a few extra days due to a snowstorm. We come back to another AirBnB in Windsor Terrace. Katie has to leave soon after we get back since her grandfather is sick.

We tour a distillery in Greenpoint with Matt and Maddie. We rent a smart car (Car2Go) to move from one airbnb to another. We travel to Tampa and visit Sudha and Katie's aunt Mickey with Christine Topalian. We go to the big cat rescue and Homasassa Springs. I start looking for investment properties where we could maybe house hack at some point.

Staying in Carroll Gardens. See The Far East perform. See some Phi Sigs. Rock climbing in Brooklyn with Katie. Travel to Tampa and visit Kevin and close on the rental property.

My birthday @ Flocabulary with cake and a workout. Katie made peanut butter and chocolate cupcakes. Tough mudder with Katie on our first wedding anniversary. Kaie made me a paper mache globe. Hiking with TMIRCE friends. Chihuly exhibit with Christine & Katie.

Move in with Vince and Sean in Bed Stuy. Cheer for the NYC marathon. I start freelancing on the side - still work at Flocabulary but not feeling great about it. Visit Topalians and Burdis for Thanksgiving. Manhattanhenge at Bryant Park with The Rise. Trapeze school.

Finish refinance of Gallivan and Fiske Street. Spend Dan T's 30th birthday in Camp Hill. Fly to Mexico & begin running with Runners Playa del Carmen. Tell Flocabulary I'm going to be working remotely. Interview for Mapbox and get an offer. See Tommy Emmanuel in SF. Polar plunge on New Years Day. Travel to Boston to check on Fiske St.

Live in Playa del Carmen. Sell Centre Street. Start the purchase process for Condo in My Menesse: The City in Playa del Carmen. Return at the end of the month. We buy Harvey our Honda Fit.

Cheer on Runners PdC in Prague. Fly in and out of Berlin and visit Pablo Duarte in Liepzig on the drive back to Prague. Start modifying our Honda Fit to add a bed in the back. Start building in NY, finish in PA. Stop in Richmond to visit Darren, Tracy and Madison on one of the early stops. Mail back my laptop on the way to Charlotte. Visit Glenn and Linda at the lake and see Elizabeth's new house. Drive to Gatlinburg, TN

Driving around Charlotte looking for more houses. Staying at Justin's house and Linda and Glenn's. Visited the petting zoo with Darren and Madison and Justin and Daniel. Came back to NY and then went to PA for halloween. Dressed as Tim the Tool Man Taylor (Katie) and Wilson the neighbor (Anthony).

Fly to Mexico, Live in Playa del Carmen. Study for interviews and play Zelda Breath of the Wild to relax.

Keep working on townhouse, popcorn ceiling removal and fix laundry exhaust. Social distance visit for birthdays to NY & PA.

Superconductive offsite, meeting people in person for the first time. Mom and Dad visit Charlotte.

Scotch party at Dan and Shelly's. Memorial day party at Ellen and Chris'. Kentucky derby party across the street. Met David our new neighbor. Did a lot of work on the front yard. Tilled all the soil, reshaped the slope, added chicken wire on the dirt and tan bark to limit digging cats. Planted roses and creeping jenny and creeping thyme on the slope. Started Talkspace Therapy. Got poison ivy pretty bad.

Sold 204 Bates Ave for 170k, a loss of about 50k total.
